Picture your self breathing in deep breaths of fresh clean air as a non-smoker, envision all of the good things that you want for yourself as a non-smoker, things like better health, more energy and a longer, happier life for yourself.

Next when you feel happy with the images that you have envisioned for yourself, take another deep breath; hold it for another 5-10 seconds and slowly release it. Now open your eyes and say to yourself, something positive like “I believe in my ability to make new choices” or “I am a ex-smoker and I feel terrific “.

With enough consistant practice and effort you will be able to get your desired result and that can be done using either quit smoking hypnotherapy or by you using self hypnosis, both ways are very relaxing and very effective.
