Your website should clearly show what city or cities you serve and give your visitors a reason to believe that YOU are the agent they need to help them with a purchase or sale. And while it’s nice to offer information on your area for people who are thinking of choosing your community, it’s more important to showcase your own service.

Where did the business come from? Maybe all of your business came from referrals or maybe 50% of it came from the real estate marketing that you were doing. When you know where it comes from you can do more of the activity that generate results for your business.

The real crucial part about using this strategy is to make a plan and stick to it. Act now and begin to build your internet marketing machine. The underlying idea for a powerful web presence is not complicated. Generate traffic which leads to a capture page which in turn captures the leads information. Using systems, offer value to your prospects regularly to build a relationship. Finally, offer them products and services which you can make money from.
