Vietnam For History And Beauty:The Marvelous Change of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam
“It has been 30 years since the Vietnam War ended and now this country in Southeast Asia is one of the world’s fastest growing economies”. This is the opening line to an article that CNN news published July 15, 2005. The article explained what has occurred in Vietnam since the Vietnam War, but it probably had little effect on the Western world’s longstanding perceptions of Vietnam. Because of the Vietnam War that took place with the United States of America, most people have heard of Vietnam. The country looks like an elongated S line, and it is located in the South-Eastern part of Asia. Vietnam shares a border with China, Laos and Cambodia. The South China Sea borders the eastern part of the country. The country is the 13th most populous nation in the world, with a population of over 86 million.
